The University of Wilmington Metropolitan (doing business in the state of California as “Wilmington Metropolitan University – WMU) is exempted by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), California State, US to offer educational programs solely for the membership of a bona fide trade, business, professional or fraternal organization.
WMU has met the qualifications for exemption from regulation under the Act, under the California Education Code (CEC) section 94874(b)(1). WMU is sponsored by Edu Assist International Association (EAIA), a non-profit professional association.

EAIA programs are designed to meet the growing demands of industries with a competent workforce at all levels.
