World Academy Refund Policy
World Academy maintains a strict and transparent refund policy to ensure fairness. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Non-Refundable Fees
All deposited fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you notify us within seven (7) days of enrollment, you may request to transfer your fees to another program. Full withdrawal requests are subject to approval at our discretion.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the program start date, clearly stating the reason. A processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds.
Course Cancellation
If a course is cancelled by World Academy, participants will receive a full refund within thirty (30) days.
Partial Refunds
If up to 10% of the course is completed, a partial refund may be issued. After exceeding 10% or receiving a passing grade, refunds are no longer eligible.
Digital Materials
All digital content is non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within thirty (30) days. Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card within this timeframe.
