Make a full payment at the time of signing the enrollment agreement. Simple, straightforward, and no further payments required.
Pay the registration fee when signing the enrollment agreement, with the remaining balance paid in full prior to your start date.
Pay the registration fee upon enrollment, then pay the remaining balance prior to graduation through an approved payment plan.
Scholarships are provided to support students' education. This "gift money" does not need to be repaid.

The university offers an institutional scholarship based on financial need and availability of funds. This income-based scholarship is awarded annually to help students acquire technological resources.
Eligible students must demonstrate financial need, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, submit proof of income for the most recent calendar year, and write an essay on how the funds will assist in degree completion.

Fill out your application truthfully and attach proof of eligibility and any supporting documentation.
The university will review your application within two weeks and respond with a decision or request further documentation.
Students notified via email must sign the scholarship approval letter within five business days. Failure to return it transfers the offer to the next applicant.
Withdrawal & Re-entry: Scholarship recipients who withdraw will forfeit any undisbursed funds earned prior to withdrawal. If students re-enter a programme, they must re-apply for the scholarship.
If you need to cancel your enrollment before or after classes begin, notify World Academy in person, by email, certified mail, or termination.
Cancellation can be made in person, by electronic mail, certified mail, or by termination. It is effective on the student's last date of attendance or written notice.
All monies will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant, or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making the initial payment.
Cancellation after the third business day but before the first class results in a refund of all monies paid, except for the registration fee (not to exceed $500.00).
The drop/add period is the first week of classes. If the student withdraws on or during this week, all tuition and fees except the registration fee will be refunded. There will be no refund after the drop/add week.
The student's last actual attendance will be used to calculate the refund due to them.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of termination of student enrollment or receipt of a cancellation notice from the student.
Important: The registration fee is non-refundable in all cases (and not to exceed $500 for pre-class cancellations).
No Refund After Drop/Add: There will be no refund after the first week of classes has passed.
The cancellation is effective on the date the notice is postmarked if sent by mail.
Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation notice or termination of enrollment.
